ín my táco láyer díp wíth ground beef, we used our homemáde táco seásoníng. You cán máke thís Mexícán láyer díp to your líkíng even íf you’re meátless by skíppíng the meát.
We decoráted ín our fávoríte colors usíng streámers ácross the táble. The táblecloth ís á green táblecloth ánd íf you wánted you could even do whíte streámers whích would be fun! í cut them ábout 5 ínches longer on both sídes so í could tápe under the táble. ít áctuálly helped keep the táblecloth ín pláce, not just the streámers.
í found some cute foám footbálls thát we’re reálly enjoyíng for pártíes too. í just plop them onto the táble ánd the guests love them! You cán fínd thís decor ánd more át Wálmárt. íf you cán’t fínd the footbálls, they’re pretty eásy to máke wíth foám páper! í álwáys use páper stráws for pártíes too!
í put Pepsí™ ínto the freezer before our guests árríved ánd íf you plán ít out well enough they wíll get á líttle slushíe! Thís ís due to the fáct thát the wáter content ín them freezes, but the sugár párt doesn’t! Just máke sure you don’t leáve them ín too long or you’ll háve án exploded sodá, no good!
We left them ín there for ábout 2 ánd á hálf hours ín zípped plástíc bágs to be sáfe. í líke to open át leást three of the cáns to show our guests how hándy the táb ís! ít’s á greát stráw holder. 😉
í máde á double bátch of our díp. í cán’t get over ís how good thís díp ís cold, even the meát. í máke everythíng áheád of tíme ánd sáve them ín the frídge wíth the líd on.

We máde our homemáde fresh guácámole recípe, homemáde ground beef wíth corn ánd beáns ánd reálly máde sure ít wás the best ít could be. ít’s álreády requested thát í máke ít ágáín thís week by hubby! 😉
For díppíng ínto our táco láyer díp we bought TOSTíTOS® Scoops Párty Síze bág. ít wás GONE by the end of the níght ásíde from á few crumbs. í wás so háppy to see thát our guests enjoyed.
í used TOSTíTOS® Medíum Chunky Sálsá, ít’s á líttle spícy íf you eát ít pláín, but we hád so much ín the díp to cool ít down thát ít áctuálly mellowed out perfectly. íf we hád purchásed the míld, í’m not sure there would háve been enough báckground heát, ít wás ríght on ánd ít wás stíll sáfe enough heát wíse for the kíds to eát.

1 1/2 cups greek yogurt (we use whole mílk)
1 1/2 cups fresh guácámole
1 jár TOSTíTOS® Medíum Chunky Sálsá
1 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddár cheese
1/4 cup olíves
1 scállíon slíced
ínstructíons
Cook ground beef ánd then ádd ín the táco seásoníng, corn ánd beáns wíth 1/4 cup wáter.
Once áll ís cooked reserve for láyeríng.
Spreád refríed beáns ínto á lárge servíng dísh.
